Remote and on-site technical support We seek a professional to support and operate communication systems in 4G, 5G, and SD\-WAN environments, ensuring high availability and performance of solutions delivered to customers. Responsibilities include equipment configuration, frequency analysis, switching operations, troubleshooting, and continuous monitoring of communication links. You will be responsible for remote equipment recovery, technical support to field teams, and interaction with customers and commercial establishments to grant access permissions, while maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation for future interventions. **Responsibilities:** * Perform configurations on 4G/5G/SD\-WAN equipment, frequency adjustments, switching operations, and technical diagnostics. * Monitor customer telecom link availability and performance, acting both reactively and proactively. * Conduct remote maintenance to restore equipment functionality and reduce the need for technical site visits. * Interact with customers and establishments to authorize access for maintenance teams. * Organize and maintain updated records of access documentation and operational information. * Provide support for SIM/eSIM cards. * Update customer external availability reports and performance indicators. * Grant access permissions at sites, stores, and other serviced locations. * Provide technical support to field teams during maintenance and interventions. * Analyze and adjust network configurations, including engagement with customers exceeding contracted data allowances. * Log, track, and close technical tickets via ITSM tools. * Participate in continuous improvement projects for telecom infrastructure and processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Telecommunications, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields (preferred). Certifications and Training (Preferred) * Technical training in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications. * Certifications such as CCNA, NSE, SD\-WAN vendor\-specific, or equivalent. Required Technical Knowledge * Networking and routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP. * Technologies: IP/VPN, MPLS, SD\-WAN, dedicated links. * Network troubleshooting, logical fault analysis, and Level 1/2 technical support. * Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG) is preferred. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 3\.054,00 CLT; * Benefits: Medical and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Allowance, and Transportation Allowance; * Work Model: Hybrid (Alphaville); * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Occasional weekend coverage or shift work may be required to support the team.
