At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Draft, register, and update contracts, amendments, and termination agreements; * Monitor contractual validity periods and renewal deadlines; * Organize and maintain physical and digital files of contracts and related documents; * Ensure contractual documentation complies with internal policies; * Verify measurement reports approved by managers; * Monitor invoicing and payment releases; * Track tax withholdings applicable to contracts; * Develop KPIs and contractual monitoring reports; * Monitor contract and supplier performance; * Identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Update area controls and dashboards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Computer literacy, with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. **Additional information** * Work location: Reserva do Iguaçu \- PR. * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
