Job Summary: The Project Analyst will support the Project Manager in managing multiple technology projects, ensuring timely deliveries and effective communication among teams. Key Highlights: 1. With over **250 clients and 100 implemented solutions**, the company is growing consistently and structurally, expanding its operations across Brazil and internationally. Our **Project Management Office (PMO)** plays a strategic role in standardizing, governing, and monitoring company projects — ensuring **deliveries within defined timelines, budgets, and scopes**, while promoting **continuous improvement in management and cross-team communication**. The Project Analyst will work directly within the PMO, **supporting the Project Manager** in managing multiple concurrent projects, with emphasis on tracking, control, and communication between business and development areas. Key Responsibilities * Support **planning, execution, and monitoring** of technology projects; * **Update schedules, status reports, and progress indicators** for projects; * Conduct **follow-ups with stakeholders** (clients, developers, technical leads, and squad leads); * Monitor **risks, pending items, and deliverables**, reporting deviations to the Project Manager; * Support **standardization of templates, checklists, and PMO processes**; * Record and maintain up-to-date information in **project management tools** (Jira, ClickUp, or similar); * Contribute to **continuous improvement of management practices** and project documentation. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management**, or related fields; * Prior experience in **technology project management** or **PMO**; * Knowledge of **agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** and **traditional methodologies (PMBOK)**; * Strong analytical, organizational, and clear communication skills; * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders; * Proficiency in tools such as **Excel/Sheets, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Power BI** (a plus).
