We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to strategically support the company's financial planning, assisting in analyses, forecasts, and decision-making alongside business units and leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the preparation of the annual budget (budget) and periodic revisions (forecasts);
* Develop financial models for projections of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
* Support the definition of financial targets jointly with operational departments and executive management;
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and variances against budget;
* Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. planned), identifying key drivers;
* Prepare monthly management reports for executive management and the board;
* Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel;
* Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and HR departments;
* Support investment projects (capex), expansion, pricing, and profitability analyses;
* Translate business needs into quantitative and qualitative analyses;
* Participate in M&A, organizational restructuring, and new product development projects;
* Support financial feasibility, sensitivity, scenario, and valuation analyses;
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls;
* Support internal and external audits with financial information and variance analyses.
**Technical Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in industries such as Chemical, Pharma, Automotive, Steel, or similar is desirable;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools;
* Familiarity with data analysis tools;
* Knowledge of financial modeling (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement);
* Intermediate or fluent English proficiency.
