Job Summary: A professional to evaluate processes, develop optimization solutions, lead continuous analyses, and supervise reporting, analysis, and data integration for various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Lead business process optimization and develop strategies. 2. Supervise reporting and data analysis across multiple areas. 3. Work on report automation and data model development. * Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and implement solutions. * Develop detailed metrics in collaboration with subject matter experts to assess company performance and identify opportunity areas. * Lead continuous reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. * Document and communicate the results of your efforts. * Communicate insights and plans effectively to team members and leadership. Reporting, analysis, and integration * Supervise reporting elements related to marketing/sales/operations/customer service. * Extract, transform, and summarize data to create valuable reports, narratives, visualizations, and presentations for business partners. * Collaborate with other analysts and database developers to automate reporting, design datasets, and validate report accuracy. * Access data for analysis using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, MS SQL, Excel). Assist in building data models and datasets required for analysis and system integration. * Build models, conduct testing, and develop protocols for all analytics and reporting programs. * Document procedures for data extraction and data preparation for reporting and analysis. * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in processes and IT to automate and modernize systems. * Evaluate and redesign ETL processes with subject matter experts and database developers. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience; 5+ years preferred. * Experience with Microsoft SQL tools (3–5 years preferred). * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred). * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. A Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. * Demonstrated analytical skills and advanced knowledge of reporting processes and systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both individual and group settings. * Ability to execute and complete multiple projects simultaneously within defined deadlines without constant supervision. * Advanced technical skills. * Excellent documentation skills. * Advanced to fluent English proficiency.
