Job Summary: Scrum Master to work with teams migrating data/data lake and BI, standardizing ceremonies and metrics to drive corporate transformation. Key Highlights: 1. With expertise in Business Agility, wBrain combines technology and strategy to enhance our clients’ competitiveness, delivering solutions that optimize processes, reduce costs, and amplify results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as **Scrum Master** for up to three teams, initially focusing on squads for **data migration/data lake and BI**. * Support team maturity by **standardizing ceremonies, metrics, and artifacts**. * Monitor and report **efficiency metrics** (e.g., throughput, lead time) and support evolution of **effectiveness metrics**. * Facilitate communication and integration among highly interdependent teams (**data migration, BI**). * Work **cross-functionally**, interacting with POs, tech leads, data engineers, BI consultants, executive managers, directors, data owners, and curators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Scrum Master**, preferably in multi-team contexts. * Proficiency with **Jira, Excel, and Miro**. * Ability to **extract, analyze, and present agile metrics**. * Experience in **data migration, BI, or complex technical projects** is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear, concise, and empathetic communication. * **Adaptability** to frequent changes in scope and priorities. * **Resilience** to operate effectively in dynamic and uncertain environments. * Ability to **build relationships** with stakeholders at all levels. * Proactive in surfacing **issues, risks, and changes**. * **Firm stance** to ensure clarity and alignment across departments. **Additional Information** CLT \- REMOTE **Join us in driving corporate transformation across numerous companies in Brazil.** At wBrain, we don’t just transform organizations—we evolve people.
