How about becoming part of this energy? **\#VemSerMoura**! **Responsibilities and Assignments** ***Your day-to-day at Moura:*** * Manage the fixed fund, generate accounts payable reports, and monitor banking operations. * Monitor routine execution by CSCs, suggesting improvements and standardization of internal procedures. * Analyze expenses and manage budgeting, tracking planned vs. actual performance and addressing identified variances. * Prepare expense control reports and spreadsheets to ensure cost rationalization. * Contribute to distributor reverse logistics efficiency and execute order routines involving BINs pending collection. * Analyze and validate the balance sheet and supporting controller reports (CSC). * Control accounting files and validate auxiliary information and payment slips submitted by the fiscal CSC. * Evaluate internal controls, ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and legislation, and monitor implementation of audit recommendations. * Organize documentation and support inspection processes. * Perform physical inventory control and verify cost calculation. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **WHAT WE SEEK?** ***Education:*** * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences or related fields. ***Knowledge:*** * Microsoft Office Suite * Administrative Routines * Bank Reconciliation * Accounting Reconciliations * Balance Sheet Closing * Budget Management * 5S **Additional Information** ***What do we offer?*** In our Moura way of being, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
