Support and problem resolution for various departments **Job Description:** Perform and analyze accounting entries and reconcile accounting line items. Monitor fixed asset controls and record asset movements. Prepare Financial Statements (FS), Balance Sheets, Trial Balances, and Accounting Reports through analysis of expense and revenue entries. Execute necessary accounting routines per PA for individual entities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze accounting composition submissions from cooperatives, verifying whether procedures were executed in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies. Resolve problems and provide support to other departments of CrediSIS Central, affiliated cooperatives, brokerage firms, and team members. Monitor, analyze, and resolve open pending items from cooperatives, ensuring timely regularization. Monitor, analyze, and support the implementation of new projects, tools, and processes impacting the accounting department. Respond to audit, internal control, risk, and fiscal council inquiries and findings. Comply with cooperative regulations and applicable operational guidelines. Perform other tasks related to the above, as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; **Desirable Requirements:** Professional experience in financial institutions; Professional experience in accounting bookkeeping; Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency.
