We foster a safe environment where GoldenPeople can express themselves authentically. **Within the DSI team, your mission will be:** To build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring information is collected, stored, processed, and delivered reliably, securely, and efficiently. **Oh, one important detail about this role:** The work model is fully **Remote!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Now take a look at the main responsibilities for this role:** * Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and delivery. * Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and scalability across all stages of the data lifecycle. * Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to enable data-driven solutions. * Implement and maintain best practices for data governance, cataloging, and management. * Monitor and optimize the performance of data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes. * Support the definition and maintenance of data models aligned with the organization’s analytical and operational needs. * Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies, in alignment with applicable regulations and standards. * Contribute to automating and standardizing processes across the data ecosystem. * Participate in evaluating and adopting new technologies and tools that enhance the efficiency and reliability of the data environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply for this position, we expect you to have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in data engineering, including developing and maintaining production-grade data pipelines. * Proficiency in data-oriented programming languages, especially Python and/or SQL. * Experience with cloud platforms and services (preferably Google Cloud Platform — BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Composer — or equivalent AWS/Azure services). * Knowledge of data modeling and best practices in data architecture. * Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, system integration, and handling large volumes of data. * Familiarity with data security, governance, and quality principles. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience with data orchestration tools. * Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager). * Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with concepts such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Data Mesh. * Knowledge of data cataloging and governance tools (e.g., Dataplex, Data Catalog, Collibra, etc.). * Experience working in agile environments with a focus on continuous value delivery. **Additional Information** **Take a look at what we offer GoldenPeople:** * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$ 1\.300 monthly on a flexible card, with no payroll deduction. * **Remote Work Allowance:** R$ 135.00 monthly, with no payroll deduction. * **Health Insurance:** Nationwide Bradesco plan. * **Dental Insurance:** SulAmérica plan. * **Life Insurance.** * **Extended Parental Leave:** We participate in the “Empresa Cidadã” (Citizen Company) Program and offer leave policies supporting diverse family structures — including adoption, same-sex couples, and single-parent families. * **Childcare Assistance:** For children up to 5 years old. * **Gympass/Wellhub:** A holistic well-being platform focused on physical activity and overall health.
