Job Summary:
Supplier Quality Analyst for the automotive market, responsible for managing complaints, non-conformities, supplier communication, and production support.
Key Highlights:
1. Handling and resolution of complaints on production and assembly lines.
2. Management of non-conformities and communication with suppliers.
3. Support to internal teams and suppliers in containment activities.
**Shift: 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:20 PM to 11:34 PM. The first month will be on administrative hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:21 PM, and Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:21 PM.**
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience in supplier quality for the automotive market.
* Mandatory knowledge of geometric tolerance symbols (e.g., Straightness, Flatness, Circularity, Cylindricity, Parallelism, Perpendicularity).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and metrology (dimensional verification using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
* Knowledge of quality tools (Problem Analysis, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PPAP, etc.).
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, aluminum injection, stamping, heat treatment, etc.
* Preferred: Knowledge of integrated systems such as SAP, TOTVS, or similar systems.
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency, with technical reading and writing skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supporting production and assembly lines by analyzing and resolving internal complaints related to components and processes.
* Directing parts to dimensional or material analysis in the laboratory to ensure proper investigation of non-conformities.
* Responding to production area requests regarding containment actions, including monitoring visual, dimensional, or rework analysis activities.
* Managing the containment flow and the rejected parts area, ensuring traceability and organization.
* Updating and maintaining the SAP system with information on blocked items, QM notifications, SIGAS, and other quality-related records.
* Communicating with suppliers regarding component rejections via email, phone, or on-site follow-up.
* Supporting internal teams and suppliers during containment activities.
* Consolidating and directing information to the quality team for corrective actions.
