Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Join our TeamForte!** **Summary of Responsibilities** * Supervise production activities, monitoring and analyzing machine downtime and metal losses; * Ensure compliance with production process procedures and work instructions; * Guarantee accurate entry of production data into the system, monitoring operations according to the production schedule and other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in progress in **Administration**, **Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Intermediate-level **Microsoft Office** proficiency; * Knowledge of **Process Management** (time, routines, KPIs, and results); * Familiarity with **steel industry products** is desirable; * Prior experience in **team supervision**. * **Position: Production Supervisor** **Location:** Ferronorte Industrial – Teresina/PI **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.293,36 \- R$7\.064,69 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
