The company seeks a Production Engineer based in Cubatão. **Responsibilities:** Plan, implement, and monitor industrial processes, ensuring operational efficiency and quality. Map production flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements using industrial engineering tools. Participate in developing the production plan and line balancing. Develop performance indicators and track operational targets for the unit. Analyze production data and prepare technical reports to support management. Coordinate or support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as lean manufacturing, kaizen, 5S, and six sigma. Previous experience as a Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
