Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and execute the implementation of new industrial projects * Implement new products (NPI/NPD), production lines, and layout adjustments * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Regulatory) * Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and resources * Participate in validation and qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) * Ensure compliance with GMP/BPF and regulatory standards * Develop technical documentation and participate in audits Requirements and Qualifications * Knowledge of Project Management, FMEA * Lean Manufacturing * PMO knowledge is desirable * Intermediate or Advanced English
