Monitoring of productive capacity and tracking of performance indicators We are seeking an Administrative Analyst specializing in Production Planning and Control (PCP) to strategically organize production processes, ensuring control, predictability, and timely delivery. The role requires an analytical, organized individual with strong team coordination skills, directly contributing to structuring production planning and fostering interdepartmental integration. Responsibilities \* Plan, schedule, and monitor production flow to ensure timely delivery and quality standards \* Organize and control production data, orders, and schedules \* Monitor demand and inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods \* Coordinate the administrative PCP team’s routines, ensuring process alignment and priority management \* Integrate information across Procurement, Production, Quality, and Sales departments \* Monitor productive capacity and support operational process organization \* Track product launch and collection timelines \* Prepare reports and monitor production and performance indicators (KPIs) Requirements \* Prior experience in administrative, planning, or process control roles \* Experience working in teams and organizing administrative routines \* Knowledge of inventory control, production planning, or management systems (MRP experience is a plus) \* Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile \* Strong communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
