Responsibilities Plan and control production by analyzing production orders and material requirements. Monitor the production flow, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions. Analyze and optimize inventory levels to ensure demand fulfillment and minimize costs. Prepare production performance reports, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in production planning and control. Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP). Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI). Skills Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity and organizational skills.
