Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, reviewing, and executing maintenance plans, optimizing downtime, managing maintenance software, and investigating equipment failures. Failure investigation and proposal of improvements **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Develop, review, and ensure execution of Preventive, Predictive, Lubrication, and Inspection Maintenance Plans for the factory; Coordinate with PCP to schedule weekly and/or monthly maintenance windows with production, ensuring optimal downtime utilization; Plan, together with Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors, the workflow of Work Orders (W/Os), ensuring that executing technicians receive step-by-step instructions, drawings, and required material lists; Analyze and report maintenance indicators (KPIs) to Management, as described below: * Equipment availability and reliability, * MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), * Backlog (pending workload), * Plan Compliance (Actual vs. Planned), among others; Maintain and manage maintenance software (SGMAN), ensuring data integrity; Investigate root causes of equipment failures and propose improvements to prevent recurrence. Prepare maintenance performance reports and present results to Management; Maintain technical maintenance documentation; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Automation). Solid experience in industrial maintenance planning. Proficiency in maintenance system logic. Knowledge of Major Shutdown Planning. Advanced Excel skills for dashboard and performance reporting creation.
