Identifies solutions for issues arising during projects and proposes them for approval. Maintains close collaboration across all relevant departments to ensure on-time project implementation and delivery: Marketing, Manufacturing Plants, Quality, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Procurement, Finance, etc. * Develops or reviews technical specifications for various types of materials: flexible films, aseptic packaging, cans, jars, plastic bottles, buckets, shrink bags, adhesive labels, shipping boxes, stretch film, etc. For secondary packaging, revises strength calculations (MCKEE) and reassesses palletization models where necessary—proposing improved palletization efficiency. * Develops/reviews packaging technical drawings related to innovation or cost-reduction projects. * Proactively identifies and continuously pursues cost-reduction initiatives to meet the annual target set by the program. Analyzes current packaging specifications and proposes feasible modifications—through supplier engagement, technical research in industry electronic journals, participation in webinars, trade fairs, and sector events. * Researches innovative packaging options aligned with the company’s product portfolio. Prepares materials and presentations for the Marketing team. * Monitors, together with competent authorities, packaging-related legislation. * Participates with the Marketing department in market, customer, and consumer studies aimed at identifying new packaging solutions or improvements. * Responsible for preparing/reviewing Packaging Acceptance Letters.
