Position: Operations Specialist Key Responsibilities - Manage personnel, monitoring performance, engagement, and development of operational teams; - Manage KPIs for Delivery Stations (DS), ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of established metrics; - Oversee merchandise management, ensuring proper control, appropriate flow, and reduction of losses; - Prospect and negotiate with new delivery partners to strengthen the local logistics network; - Conduct site visits to monitor and support operational partners’ development; - Monitor vehicle arrival and departure times at Delivery Stations; - Support the prospecting and opening of new Delivery Stations (DS); - Monitor and analyze operational KPIs for DS and the Southeast Region’s Distribution Center (DC); - Handle financial closing of operations, ensuring alignment between operational results and financial controls. Mandatory Requirements - Proven experience in last-mile logistics operations; - Experience in people management, conflict resolution, and performance indicator monitoring; - Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); - Completed undergraduate degree; - Willingness and availability to travel. Academic Qualifications - Completed undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields).
