We are looking for an **Industrial Maintenance Supervisor** to lead our technical team and structure the maintenance department of a plastic manufacturing company.
We seek a professional with strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and hands-on experience on the shop floor—capable of ensuring high equipment availability, reducing unplanned downtime, and fostering a culture of preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the mechanical, electrical, electronic, and utilities maintenance team.
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
* Structure and oversee the Maintenance Control Plan (MCP).
* Manage maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, backlog, and costs).
* Coordinate scheduled shutdowns and interventions on critical equipment.
* Control spare parts inventory and support technical procurement planning.
* Develop continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, and other applicable standards).
* Collaborate with Production, Tooling, Engineering, PCP, and Executive Management to ensure industrial asset reliability.
**Requirements**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Experience leading industrial maintenance teams.
* Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in the plastic sector.
* Knowledge of injection molding machine maintenance, peripherals, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
* Experience with MCP, TPM, and indicator-based management.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, or similar) is considered a plus.

Compensation: R$7.000,00 - R$9.000,00 per month
