Administrative tasks and inventory management The company specializes in renting metal equipment for the initial phase of construction projects. This position is responsible for material dispatch. This includes material control and dispatch. For this role, you will perform the following tasks: Monitor operational performance indicators and prepare control spreadsheets. * + Issuance of invoices (NFs) * + Contract issuance * + Registration in internal management system * + Coordination and follow-up regarding equipment delivery * + Fleet report monitoring * + Administrative routines * + Budgeting for operational materials * + Purchase order entry into ERP system * + Inventory control of materials * + Sending updated material spreadsheets to the technical department. Education: Currently pursuing Logistics or Administration. Preferred Qualifications: PCP course, Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, banking, credit card reconciliation.
