**Job Description**
* Act in accordance with the **Code of Ethics**, ensuring confidentiality, information quality, and compliance with **safety and environmental standards**.
* Collaborate with **Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and regional teams** on demand planning, resource allocation, and deadline adherence.
* Support **process standardization**, KPIs, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives (ERP / Operational Excellence).
* Monitor and analyze **supply chain performance**, identify root causes, and support resolution of bottlenecks.
* Lead and document **planning meetings and sales forecasting**, aligning stakeholders.
* Support **short- and medium-term planning**, including sales forecasting, supply and demand management.
* Use **ERP/MRP systems** for order control, material requirements, and inventory management.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields).
Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
**DESIRED SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
* Strong knowledge of SAP and MRP systems.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service processes.
* Data analysis skills and proficiency with decision-support tools.
* Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish.
