Job Summary: Professional to work on production planning and monitoring, information control in the PCP system, and raw material inventory analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support production planning and scheduling. 2. Monitor production performance indicators. 3. Serve as an interface with various departments for alignment. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree Completed **Main Responsibilities:** * Support production planning and scheduling according to sales demand and production capacity. * Monitor the progress of production orders, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Update and control information in the PCP system (production orders, activity reports, and activity status). * Assist in analyzing raw material and supply inventory to ensure availability for production. * Issue and monitor production orders with relevant departments. * Monitor production performance indicators (productivity, delays, production capacity). * Support control of work-in-process materials and finished goods. * Prepare production monitoring reports for management. * Interface with departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Quality to align requirements. * Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely updates of production information in the system. * Contribute to achieving the production plan. * Support the organization and control of PCP-related information.
