We are looking for a professional to develop, review, and suggest pre\-editorial outlines, editorial outlines, and texts in accordance with Knewin’s editorial policy. This role works directly with clients, supporting content creation and approval, as well as contributing to continuous process improvement with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence (AI). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the structure and quality of texts, adhering to essential journalism principles: coherence, impartiality, fact\-checking, and image appropriateness, per Knewin’s guidelines; * Verify alignment with the editorial line regarding legislation, inappropriate topics, ethics, unsuitable content, vulgar language, and material prohibited for minors under 18 years old, among other established rules; * Draft texts, editorial outlines, and pre\-editorial outlines in accordance with the company’s editorial policy; * Contact clients via e\-mail, WhatsApp, phone, and internal tools to support text development, editing, and approval, as well as clarify questions; * Address editorial requests from other teams related to Operations; * Investigate content to assess publication feasibility—collaborating with clients or other teams—and obtain necessary documentation; * Extract and submit reports using internal systems; * Monitor and resolve support tickets, interacting with support departments; * Participate in meetings and client support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Social Communication, or Languages; * Prior experience in editorial production, press relations, corporate communication, and/or social media monitoring. (Revised — see compliance note above); * Proficiency in data qualification tools (Word, Excel, or Google Sheets); * Proficiency in presentation/reporting tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides); * Familiarity with daily use of AI tools and basic understanding of prompt engineering. **Also great if you have:** * Knowledge of AI tools applied to productivity, such as Claude Cowork and Claude Code; * Workflow automation using N8N; * Knowledge of Python and scripting; * Experience in process mapping, including optimization and improvement initiatives; * Courses or certifications in Quality Management and Lean. **Additional Information** We are **Knewin**, the largest data\-intelligence reputation management platform, serving over 2,000 clients.
