Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve customers professionally, ensuring high service standards and sustainable relationships.
* Monitor the order portfolio, tracking demand fluctuations (increases, cuts, rescheduling) and their production and financial impacts.
* Monitor production departments for any changes in scheduling or order adjustments.
* Formally communicate lead time impacts, additional costs, and operational constraints.
* Act as the primary interface between customers, sales, planning, and shipping.
* Control and flag inventory deviations for raw materials and finished goods, supported by the senior team.
* Support the definition of safety stock and logistical parameters.
* Mitigate risks of stockouts or overstock.
* Collaborate integrally with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics.
* Support continuous improvement processes (Lean, Kaizen, waste reduction).
* Support APQP during new product introductions, assessing logistical and service impacts.
* Propose improvements to planning, customer service, and inventory control processes.
* Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system (D365 or current system).
* Support logistics cost reduction and transportation optimization projects.
* Continuously focus on improving performance across all responsibilities inherent to the role.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced Excel.
* POWER BI and/or Microsoft Dynamics D365 are a plus.
Compensation: R$8.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month
