About the position: This role requires on-site work in São Paulo, serving as the central operational support for key agency departments. Your primary responsibilities include frontline audience engagement (community management, customer service, and mention monitoring), as well as providing full operational support to content, design, and video teams to ensure smooth, bottleneck-free operations. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling posts, tracking creative deliverables, organizing materials and folders for publication, and providing on-site assistance during content recordings and productions. Responsibilities: - Serve on the front line of Community Management, handling customer service, responding to comments and direct messages using the brand's voice. - Conduct continuous social media monitoring (Social Listening) to identify mentions, potential crises, or real-time engagement opportunities. - Provide daily operational support to the Novibet team and the Strategic Projects team. - Schedule and publish posts across platforms, ensuring all content goes live on time. - Track and follow up on daily schedules and deliverables with design and video teams. - Organize text, graphic, and video assets into folders and systems to ensure smooth content publishing workflows. - Assist on-site during content recordings and productions by preparing environments and organizing required materials. - Extract data, develop performance reports, and prepare results presentations. - Contribute ideas, insights, and trend references (including trends and memes) focused on vertical content (TikTok and Reels). - Handle additional operational requests that arise during daily agency operations. Requirements: Reside in São Paulo (the position is 100% on-site). Genuine eagerness to learn, develop professionally in communications, and build a long-term career within the agency. Excellent written communication skills (impeccable spelling), as you will respond daily to users on behalf of brands. Exceptional organizational skills to manage spreadsheets, folders, schedules, and approval workflows with the team. Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of vertical content dynamics (TikTok and Reels). Proactivity and sense of urgency: being the person who identifies problems and devises solutions before being asked. Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools and reporting extraction tools.
