Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing budgets, managing proposals, prospecting customers, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Budget development and proposal management 2. Prospecting new customers and conducting commercial visits 3. Project monitoring and delivery assurance Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering completed or currently enrolled Develop and prepare budgets based on drawings (in m²) and material lists Complete proposals, send them to clients, and track progress until closure Receive customers with materials and perform on-site measurements using a tape measure to prepare budgets Update Excel spreadsheets; manage proposals pending execution, in progress, and completed—with clear information for each Generate service orders (OS) and present services to respective departments Maintain digital files, control, and monitor proposals Prospect new customers Participate in business matchmaking events and conduct commercial visits to clients Manage billing for ad-hoc services Customer service Revenue forecasting based on project portfolio Critical assessment of service execution capacity Monitor and ensure on-time material delivery as per agreed schedule Update project portfolio and monitor progress Prepare monthly reports analyzing performance results and action plans to meet and exceed targets Desirable knowledge in Industrial Area/Painting Candidates from Mogi das Cruzes and nearby areas Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$2.189,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
