Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead to technically lead the Users and Enterprises squads, scaling the healthcare professional onboarding process with technology and excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure scalability, security, and performance We are looking for a **Tech Lead** for the Work Tribe, responsible for technically leading the Users and Enterprises squads. This professional will be a key player in scaling the entire healthcare professional onboarding process with technology and excellence, ensuring a simple, automated, and secure journey from registration to company formalization. About the Work Tribe: The Work Tribe manages user onboarding and company formalization, operating across the Users squad (user setup, KYC, identity verification, compliance) and Enterprises squad (company formalization, CNPJ registration, automation of bureaucratic processes). **Responsibilities:** We believe technology is the path to operational efficiency and excellence. The Tech Lead’s objective is to lead technological evolution, significantly scale the onboarding process, and transform the healthcare professionals’ experience through secure, robust, and automated solutions. * Technically lead the Users and Enterprises squads * Define architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices * Support Product Managers and UX/UI in solution design * Mentor and develop the technical team * Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions * Support technical prioritization and impediment resolution * Promote agile methodologies and DevOps culture Technologies and platforms used: * AWS for cloud infrastructure * Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and containerization * Node.js for backend * Flutter for mobile applications * Microservices architecture * Terraform for infrastructure as code * RPA and process automation * Artificial Intelligence (AI) for intelligent automation * n8n for integrations and workflow orchestration **Requirements:** * Experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar role * Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments * Ability to mentor developers * Nice-to-have: experience in fintechs, healthcare, information security, English Behavioral Profile: * Collaborative and inspiring leadership * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity * Ownership mindset * Results-oriented * Adaptability and resilience **Benefits** * Flexible meal allowance; * Flexible mobility allowance; * Health insurance; * Wellhub and Totalpass; * Platform of personal and professional development courses; * Discounts with partners; * Starbem (health platform); * iFood Club; * Birthday day off. ### **Additional Information** * PJ contract * Hybrid model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote * Workplace: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP
