**About the role** We are looking for a **Senior Technical Program Manager** to orchestrate global delivery of a large\-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will align five workstreams, manage cross\-regional dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, and provide executive\-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones in a regulated financial services environment. **What you will do** * Global Coordination: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression; * Workstream Alignment: Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation; * Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains; * Governance \& Reporting: Provide executive\-level visibility into velocity, budget burn\-down, and milestone completion. **Must haves** * **5\+ years** managing complex, multi\-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs; * Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments; * Capable of independently managing teams across multiple products/projects.
