Strong communication and teamwork skills **Requirements Elicitation and Analysis:** Document requirements clearly, concisely, and understandably, using various formats (user stories, scenarios, diagrams, etc.). Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items jointly with the Product Owner. Refine user stories to ensure they are "ready for development". **Communication and Collaboration:** Communicate requirements effectively to the development team, clarifying doubts and providing necessary context. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective). Work closely with the Product Owner, developers, designers, and other team members. **Requirements:** Solid experience as a Requirements Analyst in software development projects. Proficiency in agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
