Summary: The Senior Data Analyst - Labelling will own and elevate the quality standards of labeling annotation datasets, driving data accuracy and influencing process improvements within Kenvue's AI/ML initiatives. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving data accuracy, influencing process improvements, and partnering cross\-functionally to ensure scalable and compliant labeling operations. Key Responsibilities * Own Data Quality Excellence: Lead end\-to\-end auditing of labeling annotation datasets * Drive Root Cause Analysis: Identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions * Champion Continuous Improvement: Optimize workflows and quality processes * Influence Through Data: Manage KPIs such as RFT, defect rates, dashboards * Cross\-functional Leadership: Partner with Ops, Product, Data Science, Engineering * Subject Matter Expertise: Act as SME in labeling quality and annotation * Compliance \& Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards * Mentorship \& Enablement: Support junior team members **What we are looking for** Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related field * Solid experience in quality assurance, data quality, labeling or analytics * Strong root cause analysis and process improvement experience * Advanced Excel; SQL is a plus * Experience with annotation tools (Labelbox, Scale, V7, etc.) * Experience managing KPIs and dashboards * Advanced/Fluent English * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Desired Qualifications * Experience with AI/ML data pipelines * Power BI or Tableau * Experience in regulated industries * Knowledge of data governance and annotation best practices * Project leadership experience **Role Details** Role reports to: Senior Manager, Labeling Location: São José dos Campos, Brazil Equal Opportunity Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
