Job Summary: This professional will support multifunctional teams in applying agile frameworks, optimizing the value stream, monitoring performance metrics, and promoting agile culture across the organization. Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in fields such as Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, Information Systems, or related areas; * Solid knowledge of Upstream and Downstream processes, with mastery of end-to-end workflow; * Experience in Value Stream Mapping and bottleneck analysis; * Knowledge of agile performance and maturity metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP, CFD, etc.); * Proficiency in story decomposition techniques, Story Mapping, and release planning; * Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban, including metrics and ceremony cadence; * Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.); * Ability to support multifunctional teams and collaborate effectively with Product Owners and technical leaders; * Desirable knowledge of OKRs, Lean, and Discovery methods (Design Thinking, Lean Inception, Design Sprint) and value stream flow metrics. * Support teams in applying agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban), promoting best practices and efficient rituals; * Remove impediments and facilitate communication among teams and departments; * Assist in optimizing the Value Stream, ensuring visibility and delivery efficiency; * Lead and support release planning and story decomposition using techniques such as Story Mapping and Release Planning; * Monitor agile performance metrics—including lead time, throughput, CFD, and predictability—generating insights for continuous improvement; * Promote a collaborative environment focused on outcomes, learning, and team growth; * Support the maturation of agile culture within the organization, encouraging ownership and shared accountability. 2512060202191849282
