The professional will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the Scrum framework, facilitating collaboration among team members, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement. Responsibilities and Duties * Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective); * Remove impediments that may impact Sprint delivery; * Ensure adherence to agile values and practices, promoting continuous improvement within the team; * Act as a mediator in conflict or misalignment situations within the team; * Assist the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog and prioritizing requirements; * Protect the team from external interference that could compromise Sprint progress; * Promote a learning culture and process improvement within the team; * Support the team in resolving critical issues during the Sprint. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience as a Scrum Master; * In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework and agile methodology; * Ability to facilitate Scrum events and foster team collaboration; * Capability to resolve impediments and handle conflicts effectively; * Experience with agile management tools; * Excellent communication and influencing skills; * Ability to work autonomously and guide the team toward achieving its goals. 2511140202461641047
