Applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe The professional is responsible for ensuring the application of agile practices within the development team, acting as a process facilitator and impediment remover. Works closely with the Product Owner and the team to promote communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement of deliverables. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fields such as Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related areas * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) * Interpersonal skills, effective communication, and servant leadership * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation * Experience working with software development teams, **minimum of 6 months.** **Responsibilities:** * Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); * Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective); * Use Azure DevOps or other agile management tools; * Develop agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burn-down, etc.)
