The professional will act as a **facilitator**, removing impediments and ensuring smooth deliveries. **Work Model** * **100% remote** **Language** * **Advanced or fluent English** (professional interaction) **Employment Type** * **Full time** **Responsibilities** * Act as an **agile team facilitator**, ensuring proper application of Scrum practices * Facilitate **agile ceremonies**: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective * Support the **backlog management** process alongside the Product Owner * Monitor and analyze **agile metrics** (Velocity, Burndown, Lead Time) * Identify and **remove impediments**, enabling continuous delivery * Foster agile culture and continuous team improvement **Required Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Scrum Master** in agile projects * Solid knowledge of **Scrum and Kanban** * Experience facilitating **agile ceremonies** * Hands-on experience with **backlog management and agile metrics** * Familiarity with **agile project management tools** (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) * **Advanced or fluent English** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **hybrid environments** (Agile + Waterfall) * Familiarity with **quality metrics and performance indicators** ### **Contract Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Bodyshop
