Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the implementation of agile practices and promote collaboration and continuous improvement across diverse teams. Key Highlights: 1. Support Product Owners and manage agile performance **Job Description:** * We are looking for a professional with strong experience as a Scrum Master to facilitate the adoption and implementation of agile practices across multiple teams, promoting a collaborative and continuous improvement culture; * Conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentoring for teams and leaders on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc.); * Support Product Owners in backlog development, priority management, and value delivery; * Identify obstacles and areas for improvement in agile processes and practices, proposing effective solutions and adjustments; * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery within established timelines; * Monitor and measure team agile performance through metrics, helping adjust workflow to achieve maximum efficiency; * Promote agile mindset not only within technology teams but also across other organizational areas; * Ensure agile principles are effectively applied, aligned with company objectives. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in roles related to agile practices. * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) and DevOps practices. * Experience implementing agile methods in software development teams and corporate environments. * Leadership ability and capacity to influence teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to facilitate workshops and meetings. * Knowledge of agile metrics and ability to interpret data for continuous improvement. * Skill in conflict resolution and change management. * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, Lean, etc.) are a plus. **Desired Skills:** * Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). * Experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. * Experience in Digital Transformation environments or Agile Transformation programs. ### **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, TotalPass ### **Department:** Corporate
