Responsibilities and Duties * Act as a facilitator between business and technology areas, ensuring high-value deliveries. * Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * + Write detailed and well-defined user stories, facilitating execution by the engineering team. * Ensure clarity and transparency regarding priorities, aligning expectations with stakeholders and squads. * Define and monitor key metrics\-to ensure product evolution is data-driven. * Conduct continuous discovery, ensuring proposed solutions address real user problems. * Promote ongoing feedback among users, stakeholders, and development teams. * Identify risks and opportunities, adjusting the roadmap promptly as needed. Requirements and Qualifications * + Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar product management roles. + Proficiency in agile methodologies and backlog prioritization frameworks. * Ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions. * Experience with product metrics and data-driven decision making. * Strong communication and alignment skills with multidisciplinary teams. * Experience with experimentation and hypothesis validation throughout the product development lifecycle. 2512050202181397644
