We seek a collaborative, communicative, and results-oriented professional to drive team performance and foster agile culture. Hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 remote) at our client in São Bernardo do Campo-SP. **Responsibilities:** Facilitate execution and workflow of agile teams, ensuring adherence to ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective); Remove impediments affecting sprint progress, supporting the team in identifying solutions; Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput, CFD, etc.) and promote transparency of results; Support the Product Owner in backlog definition, prioritization, and refinement; Encourage continuous improvement by promoting agile practices and a collaborative culture; Act as guardian of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban values and principles; Facilitate cross-functional communication, aligning stakeholders and the team; Contribute to governance, risk management, and delivery tracking, ensuring value focus. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Solid knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; Experience managing impediments, agile metrics, and ceremonies; Strong communication skills, conflict mediation ability, and facilitation expertise; Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and value-delivery focus; Familiarity with management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar is desirable; Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalents are advantageous; A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields is desirable. **Benefits:** ️Meal and/or food allowance provided via Flash card (VISA brand), with no payroll deduction.
