We seek a professional with solid understanding of business processes and prior experience with ERP solutions, capable of operating strategically and closely alongside the development team. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the product lifecycle—from conception through launch and ongoing evolution; * Understand business and user needs, translating them into functional, prioritized requirements; * Lead ERP improvement and innovation initiatives, delivering tangible value to customers and the business; * Collaborate with business units to ensure strategic alignment and accurate delivery; * Monitor product KPIs and propose data-driven continuous improvements; * Support the development team in scope definition, roadmap construction, and feature prioritization; * Facilitate agile ceremonies—including planning, refinement, and reviews—to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Product Manager in ERP solutions; * Strong analytical ability and product vision; * Ability to operate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in ERP fiscal or tax compliance projects; * Knowledge of ERP integration with e\-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or CRM systems; * Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
