Data analysis skills (data-driven mindset) Blumenau, SC Senior About the Role: You will build and scale digital subscription products and financial services targeting consumers and micro-entrepreneurs. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, balancing business needs, customer experience, and technical feasibility—with a focus on delivering real impact and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: ✔ Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs. ✔ Manage the entire product lifecycle—from conception through launch and continuous evolution. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, marketing, and sales. ✔ Monitor performance metrics and user experience, proposing continuous, data-informed improvements. Requirements: ✔ Prior experience in digital product management. ✔ Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. ✔ Data analysis skills and ability to track metrics (data-driven mindset). ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder negotiation skills. Nice-to-Have: ➕ Experience in fintechs, datatechs, or technology companies. ➕ Hands-on experience with subscription-based products or digital financial services. Work Model: Hybrid in Blumenau.
