Job Summary: As a Product Designer, you will lead the creation and enhancement of features, guiding the end-to-end design process—from problem discovery to final solution delivery—and contribute to the evolution of the Design System. Serve as the guardian of the Design System and integrate AI into the design workflow. **What is the mission?** As a Product Designer, you will lead the creation of new features and the enhancement of existing ones within a dynamic and collaborative environment, taking ownership of the end-to-end design process—from problem discovery to final solution delivery. You will also be a key driver in evolving the Design System, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure smooth handoffs. Additionally, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, lead product discoveries, and make data-informed design decisions. **What will you do daily?** * Lead discoveries and define product opportunities based on data and AI. * Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to increase speed, consistency, and efficiency. * Partner with Product Managers and engineers to define roadmaps and prioritization. * Guide the design team on using AI and process automation within the discipline. * Monitor and measure solution outcomes using business and experience metrics. * Mentor designers and foster best practices in UX, data, and AI across the company culture. * Lead the end-to-end design process—from discovery to solution delivery. * Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to ensure an efficient transition between design and implementation. * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows, ensuring solutions align with product goals and deliver an intuitive, seamless experience. * Work agilely, applying methodologies such as Scrum in day-to-day activities. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices. * Serve as the guardian of the Design System, ensuring consistency and continuous evolution. ### **What does Educbank expect from you?** * Reside in São Paulo/SP, with availability for hybrid work. * Proven experience across the entire digital product design lifecycle—from research to handoff for development. * Experience managing and evolving scalable Design Systems. * Advanced proficiency in Figma. * Knowledge of data and user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Hotjar, Google Analytics) and product metrics. * Strong prototyping and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for user experience. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with PMs and Tech Leads in agile contexts (Scrum, Kanban). * Prior experience in dynamic, large-scale digital product environments. * Autonomy, results-oriented critical thinking, and strong cross-functional communication. * An innovative mindset, openness to new technologies, empathy, ownership mentality, and customer journey focus. * Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week onsite). * **Portfolio demonstrating your work on digital products (mandatory).** ### **Bonus Qualifications:** * Prior experience with SaaS B2B platforms. * Familiarity with the education and/or finance sectors. * Previous involvement in Onboarding journeys and new product development.
