Collaborating with agile teams to deliver solutions **Job Description:** **Position Description** ---------------------- The Systems Analyst (PO Analyst) serves as a bridge between business and the technical team, responsible for understanding strategic demands, refining scopes, and translating them into clear, implementable functional requirements. With solid experience in software analysis and product development, the professional directly contributes to the success of Nextpower’s product teams, supporting Product Owners, Managers, and developers in delivering scalable, consistent, and customer-aligned solutions. In addition to working on new SaaS products, the PO Analyst also plays a key role in evolving and modernizing legacy systems, ensuring improvements adhere to the organization’s defined technical and usability standards. **Key Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers (Scrum Masters) to refine and prioritize the backlog; * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, aligning business needs with technical feasibility; * Convert business demands into epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira and/or Confluence; * Ensure requirement traceability and clarity across involved departments; * Conduct impact and dependency analyses across modules, APIs, and integrations; * Support the technical team during development by clarifying questions and validating deliverables; * Participate in planning, refinement, and review meetings with agile teams; * Collaborate with QA and UI/UX to ensure deliverables meet defined quality and experience standards; * Support initiatives for modernization and integration between legacy products and new SaaS platforms. **Required Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; * Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner Analyst; * Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation, process modeling (BPMN, UML), and integration mapping; * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with development and product teams; * Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello); * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language; * Analytical mindset and attention to detail, combined with a holistic product vision. **Desirable** ------------- * Experience with SaaS products or complex enterprise systems; * Knowledge of product metrics and user experience (KPIs, SLAs, NPS); * Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure); * Experience in legacy system migration projects; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
