Would you like to join our team? **Primary Location:** Brazil (BR) \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba **Function:** Technology (CA) **Title:** Mid\-Level Software Engineer \- Indaiatuba/SP \- 118019 As a Software Engineer at John Deere in Indaiatuba/SP, in our Labor Relations Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to work across global applications within the IT LR product portfolio. You will sustain and enhance a diverse set of applications, own processes and servers, serve as a senior technical reference for the team, implement global solutions while supporting local business needs, and coach other team members on technical topics. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Delivery Lead, Product Manager, and Software Engineers to develop complex solutions that meet business requirements; * Lead, mentor and support the growth of a diverse team, fostering learning, collaboration, and technical excellence; * Manage multiple products, initiatives, and projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and requirements; * Follow industry‑standard agile software design methodologies for development and documentation; * Support your colleagues and team members by working collaboratively and sharing knowledge through pair‑programming and code review sessions. **What You Need** ----------------- * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields; * Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and conduct training sessions); * Experience as a Software Engineer, demonstrating a proven track record in the field; * Solid experience working with Java and Python development; * Strong experience working with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, or similar technologies; * Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred); * Experience managing and querying databases (SQL syntax; SQL Server, Oracle DB, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL). * Experience operating within high\-performing Agile teams; * Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3 times a week, in Indaiatuba/SP. **What Makes You Stand Out** ---------------------------- * Experience working with Data Lake, DevOps, and/or CI/CD pipelines; * Experience integrating systems and designing and coding APIs; * Experience with modern JavaScript libraries ( Angular, Bootstrap, etc.); * Experience with automation and data analytics; * Experience with automated tests, complex pipelines, and best programming practices. **Our Key Benefits** * Variable compensation; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Eyewear benefit; * Vaccine reimbursement; * Corporate University; * TotalPass; * Depending on the location, you may have an on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance; * Pharmacy assistance; * And more \#LI\-Hybrid **Our Selection Process** Selection begins with your application; for some positions, additional assessments may apply.
