Our mission is to protect and strengthen the bank's results, foster integration among defense lines, act prospectively and collaboratively with the business, and ensure asset security and the trust of our customers, partners, and shareholders. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Product Owner, you will work within the Strategic Solutions Management area, with the following main responsibilities: * Oversee all technology projects led by the Senior Management of Efficiency and Data Engineering. * Develop strategic metrics reflecting team and project performance. * Support identification and removal of impediments, coordinating with stakeholders. * Promote and support Agile methodology implementation across all teams. * Prepare managerial and executive materials to support area managers. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Jira (Atlassian) or similar tools: advanced proficiency in task and project management. * Agile methodology: practical knowledge of ceremonies and rituals (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective), as well as application in projects.
