Summary: This role is for a creative Content Producer to develop and execute engaging content strategies across multiple social platforms, focusing on beauty and wellness. Highlights: 1. Join an innovative team passionate about leveraging data **Job Title:** Content Producer **Location:** Remote \| Open to Part Time or Full Time **Salary:** $10\-$12/hour **Schedule:** Monday \- Friday. 9AM \- 5PM MST **Content Delivery Goals:** * 5 reels per week * 2 in\-feed posts (IG/FB) * 3\-4 story frames per day (both IG and Tiktok) * 3 pinterest pins per week **Key Responsibilities:** **Content Strategy Development:** * Work with Paige to define and refine content strategies across TikTok, IG Pinterest, and any other relevant channels * Work with Paige to refine the content calendar across all channels Content Planning/Execution * Ideate and propose creative concepts for TikTok content (if different from reels) * Organize photoshoots w/ Paige, UGC creators and yourself to produce visually compelling and engaging content for all social platforms each month (must be willing and able to be on camera) * Manage the end\-to\-end process of video production, from concept development to final delivery. * Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to maintain brand consistency and messaging accuracy. **Reporting:** * Track social benchmarks and content performance to tailor our strategy. * Once we start running paid, be a key player in helping assist which content should be run as ads * Notify Paige if content is killing it and we will run ads **Requirements:** * Proven on\-camera presence and confidence * Strong interest and familiarity with beauty and wellness products * Ability to align authentically with a female\-focused brand * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh content ideas * Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms * Comfortable participating in photoshoots and video production * Ability to organize and manage content calendars and deliverables * Flexible, adaptable, and growth\-oriented mindset **Benefits:** * Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work\-life balance. * Growth Opportunities: As a key player i you’ll have the chance to shape your role and grow with us. * Innovative Culture: Join a team that is passionate about leveraging data to solve challenges and drive success in a rapidly evolving market.
