If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Supporting product strategic planning by contributing to processes and routines that promote efficiency and scalability; * Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the product incorporates technological solutions that enhance user experience; * Monitoring product KPIs and performance metrics, proposing improvements based on data and user feedback; * Identifying product evolution opportunities through research, market analysis, and user interaction; * Participating in squad ceremonies and routines, contributing to continuous product improvement; * Conducting benchmarking against similar and competing products to gather relevant insights; * Supporting go-to-market strategy definition and product value proposition development; * Contributing to the definition and tracking of departmental KPIs, reporting results and improvement opportunities; * Partnering with your direct manager on the department’s strategic and budgetary planning; * Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align cross-functional teams and maintain customer focus. \#LI\-LH1 **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management; * Experience with digital products, including planning, execution, and engagement with internal customers and suppliers; * Intermediate English proficiency. #### **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Product Management, or related areas; * Certifications in Product-related fields (e.g., Scrum, Product Owner, Product Management). **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
