Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality of innovative solutions (Nexys and Orya) for compounding pharmacies, enhancing customer experience and product evolution. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in innovative projects (Nexys and Orya) for compounding pharmacies 2. Ensuring quality and enhancing customer experience 3. Collaborative work with development teams We are looking for a QA Analyst to work on the Nexys (ERP) and Orya (Omnichannel) projects — innovative solutions targeting the compounding pharmacy segment. This role is critical to ensuring delivery quality, directly contributing to customer experience and product evolution. **Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and execute manual and/or automated tests + Validate Nexys and Orya system functionalities according to defined requirements + Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution + Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders + Ensure delivery quality in staging environments prior to production deployment + Support definition of acceptance criteria and test strategies + Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes + Document system feature user guides **Mandatory Requirements** + Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in fields such as: + Computer Science + Information Systems + Software Engineering + Or related disciplines * Prior experience in compounding pharmacies **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in software testing + Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) + Experience with ERP systems or systems for healthcare/pharmacies **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail * Critical and analytical thinking * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Organization
