




Job Summary: Agile professional to disseminate agile practices, facilitate meetings, support the PO in maximizing value, and develop team activity transparency. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as Scrum/Agile Master or Agile Coach 2. Knowledge of and team support with agile metrics 3. Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies Hybrid model (2x/week, onsite in Barueri/SP) Disseminate and assist the team in adopting agile practices. **Facilitate meetings. Examples:** planning, daily stand-up, backlog refinement, estimation, review, and retrospective meetings. Support the PO to maximize the value delivered by the team. Influence team decision-making based on productivity, quality, and effectiveness metrics. Develop team activity transparency through visual management. Encourage the team to adopt behaviors grounded in continuous improvement. Support the Product Owner and team members in creating clear and concise backlog items. Enable teams and departments to identify process bottlenecks using management indicators. Support the team in resolving issues that may impact delivery. **Requirements:** Experience as Scrum/Agile Master or Agile Coach. Knowledge of, generation of, and team support with metrics (CFD – Cumulative Flow Diagram, Burn down, Burn Up, Histogram, Flow control, Lead time, Cycle time). Experience with agile frameworks/methods/methodologies and knowledge of at least two (e.g., Scrum and Kanban/Lean). **Leading and facilitating ceremonies:** daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospectives, and other team meetings Optimization and mapping of team processes and dependencies Control of end-to-end delivery cadence (from upstream to downstream) **Desirable:** Knowledge of conflict management, OKRs, and coaching techniques.
