**Storyy** is seeking a reliable and motivated Appointment Setter to support our sales and business development efforts. **The Appointment Setter** will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role plays a key part in building strong client pipelines and ensuring smooth handoffs to closers. **Key Responsibilities** ● Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and/or messaging platforms. ● Qualify leads based on company criteria and client needs. ● Schedule appointments, demos, or discovery calls for the sales team. ● Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. ● Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and nurture interest. ● Update and manage calendars for assigned sales representatives. ● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets. ● Handle basic inquiries and provide initial information about products/services. ● Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs. **Qualifications \& Requirements** ● Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or customer support is an advantage. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Confident in speaking with prospects and handling objections professionally. ● Organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. ● Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling software. ● Goal\-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (for remote roles). **Skills \& Competencies** ● Excellent communication and active listening ● Persuasion and relationship\-building ● Time management and organization ● Attention to detail and follow\-through ● Professional phone and online etiquette **Performance Metrics (KPIs)** ● Number of qualified appointments set ● Appointment show\-up rate ● Lead response time ● Data accuracy in CRM ● Conversion rate from lead to appointment Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: R$2,000\.00 \- R$3,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
