**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Perform formal opening of Service Orders (SO);
* Develop Project Plans including scope, schedule, acceptance criteria, and deliverables;
* Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality;
* Formally close SOs with documented records of deliverables;
* Prepare and present weekly status reports, executive reports, contractual reports, alert reports, and pending items reports;
* Act as the focal point for conflict management, blockers, replanning, and complaints;
* Ensure all acceptances are duly formalized;
* Consolidate delivery evidence and organize documentation to support the Operations Manager;
* Promptly flag risks related to non-billing or contractual imbalance;
* Ensure full compliance with requirements specified in tender documents and contracts;
* Manage large-scale and highly complex projects, administering scope and risks;
* Monitor profitability, productivity, and service quality;
* Participate in and/or lead client meetings;
* Plan information security projects using industry best practices;
* Make decisions regarding technical definitions and project problem resolution;
* Identify, document, and manage risks;
* Manage contracts (timelines, costs, delivery capacity, vendors, and SLAs);
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, set goals, and foster team development;
* Propose improvements to processes, work methods, and information security products;
* Conduct quality control of contractually stipulated deliverables;
* Use corporate tools and platforms to execute and monitor activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Certification in **PMP**, **PSM**, or **CSM**,
**or** Postgraduate degree in Project Management;
* Proven experience managing complex projects;
* Experience in contractual management and financial monitoring;
* Experience preparing formal documentation and executive reports;
* Experience leading client meetings and stakeholder management;
* Knowledge of traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies;
* Desirable experience in Information Security, Privacy, or GRC projects.
