As an Operational Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily management of bakery operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and with quality. Your main responsibilities will include inventory control, organization of workspaces, maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards, and support to store teams. **This role is responsible for:** Daily recording of recipes in the ERP system, verifying that all waste entries have been properly logged, and subsequently issuing invoices correctly. Assisting in goods receipt and providing guidance in case of discrepancies. Organizing inventories. Occasional counts of key items and weekly usage and consumption inventory. Ad-hoc internal transfers and acceptance of invoices in the system. Monitoring reports. Reporting and documenting daily incidents to Supply, with awareness of the Manager. Assisting in the monthly inventory. Proficiency in Excel, mathematics, focus, and organization. Prior experience in bakery environments or related areas is a plus but not mandatory.
